Description of Refractory Material
This product is used for coil (circulating water pipe, coil) and high temperature zone filling on various electric furnaces. The requirements of working environment for fire resistance, construction performance, insulation, thermal conductivity, high temperature strength, etc. are fully considered in the initial designing. It is a new type of high quality casting material in foundry industry. This product belongs to corundum matrix, with highest instant temperature of fire resistance up to 1700 ºC. It can effectively prevent and protect the coil from damage caused by furnace lining, and ensure personnel safety. The coil grout has been widely recognized by our customers, more than 95% of whom find it satisfactory.

Construction and Heating Instructions
Mix water and the grout till it is applicable. The plaster thickness depends on the furnace size.
